Limited, Chartered Accountants, Evergreen House, Congress Road,
Cork be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the
purpose of such winding up and that the Liquidator be and is hereby
authorised, in accordance with the Constitution of the company to
distribute the whole or part of the assets of the company to the Member
in specie”
All claims against the Company should be send to the Liquidator no
later than 15th September 2023.
