Description

That the company be wound up voluntarily as a Members Voluntary
Liquidation and that Eugene McLaughlin of EML & Associates,
Chartered Accountants, Herbert House, 4 Herbert Place, Dublin 2, D02
WY46, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the
purpose of such a Winding Up and that the Liquidator be and is hereby
authorised, in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of
Association of the Company to distribute all or any part of the surplus
assets of the company to the member in specie or otherwise to the
member as he may think fit.”
All claims against the Company should be sent to Eugene McLaughlin
no later than 15 September 2023. Please note that this
is a Members’ Voluntary Winding-up and that all admitted creditors?
have been or will be paid in full.
