Description

On the 7th December 2023 ,the following resolutions were passed in at
an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the Company:
a) That the Company be would up voluntarily as a members
voluntary liquidation pursuant to Section 579(2) of the
Companies Act 2014
b) that John McCann FCA, of McM Insolvency Services
Limited, Suite 6 & 7, Block 6, Central Business Park,
Tullamore, Co Offaly be appointed liquidator for the purpose
of such a winding up
c) that the liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide the
among the Members of the Company in specie the whole or
any part of the assets of the Company
